I started working with Oana at a time when I was wondering what the next step in my career would be. It was that kind of moment when unanswered questions constantly echo in your mind.

Moreover, the perspectives brought by Oana and her vast professional experience were extraordinary, which led to leaps, awareness and paradigm shifts, making me think about aspects that had not crossed my mind – related to the recruitment process, self-presentation, self-positioning, goal setting, strategic plan, selection, analysis, raising the standard, ambition and confidence that I can do more.
