After 20 years of leadership in which I led and coached my own teams, I took a step back to support others to lead people and projects with meaning, vision and coherence. I experienced corporate management, then consulting for the World Bank. I was an entrepreneur and NGO leader.
My passion and the common thread of my career have intertwined around mentoring, people development, and finding the "why" behind projects or actions taken.
I am now a holistic career, life and leadership coach.
I guide women entrepreneurs and managers to find their personal purpose, to formulate objectives congruent with their mission and vision, and to have fulfilling work and life relationships.
I am a Professional Certified Coach, business consultant, mentor.

For 20 years since I have been working with people, my entire activity has been aimed at performance. My focus has always been towards innovation and achieving the highest level of professionalism. I started in academia, then I decided to focus on my own development and became an entrepreneur, so I developed, built and put into practice my own ideas, aspirations and dreams in the companies I founded. Passionate about growth and the sciences of education since 2015, I have gladly contributed to the promotion and development of the professional coaching profession in Romania and beyond.
