The use of the site (including access, navigation and purchase of products on this site) constitutes an implicit agreement to comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this document with all the effects and consequences arising therefrom.

The administrator of the Finactiv.ro and oananastase.com website (Finactiv.ro and oananastase.com) reserves the right to modify the content of this agreement at any time, without prior notification to the persons using it, hereinafter referred to as “Users”. Users will have permanent access to the terms and conditions of use of the services, in order to be able to consult them at any time.

3. Consumers' right to unilaterally terminate the contract

Please make sure you have checked the product specifications and its compatibility by visiting the manufacturer's website before purchasing. The commercial relations between the buyer and (Finactiv.ro and oananastase.com) are officially regulated by Government Ordinance 130/2000, regarding the protection of consumers in the conclusion and execution of distance contracts and GEO 34/2014.

By registering, the User fully and unconditionally accepts the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and agrees to use the Service in strict accordance with them. Users who have an account created on the Site through the www.Finactiv.ro and oananastase.com platforms understand and accept that the continued use of their account, as well as any further access or visit to the Site, any page therein and/or use of the Service, as well as any component thereof, constitutes a full and unconditional acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and any provision thereof; failure to accept the Terms and Conditions by the User mentioned above entails his obligation to immediately cease accessing the Site.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days from the date of the order, if the withdrawal date is before the start date of the "live" course.

 

4. Site content and intellectual property rights

The content of this site may not be used, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, for purposes other than those expressly and legally permitted. Extraction of any information followed by any commercial use that goes beyond the scope of private copying regulated by law or for sale or licensing and without having prior written consent of the owners of the property rights constitutes a violation of the terms and conditions. You also agree not to affect and interfere in any way with the security elements of the site, with the elements that prevent or restrict the use, copying of a content or elements that enforce the limits of use of the site or its content.

In cases where the Site Content, regardless of the area in which it is located on the Site and regardless of the type, is taken over by the Site Administrator from other producers / issuers of content or materials in text, image, graphic, video sequences, but not limited to these, such taking over is carried out in compliance with the legal provisions and rules applicable in such cases. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the Terms and Conditions will be resolved amicably. In case of impossibility of reaching an agreement, the dispute will be resolved by the competent Romanian court located in the territorial jurisdiction of the Site Administrator.

1. Intellectual property right infringement

Finactiv.ro and oananastase.com (Finactiv.ro and oananastase.com) respect intellectual property rights. If you believe that your works are included in the Services in a way that violates copyright, please notify us using the “CONTACT' section of the Site, indicating:
1. physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright holder;
2. a description of the copyrighted work that has been infringed, stating the period/date when the infringed material was used as part of the Service;
3. Your address / email address and telephone number where you can be contacted
4. a statement that the use of the work included as part of the Service is not authorized by the copyright owner, his agent, or the law;
5. a notarized declaration stating that the declaration in point 4 is correct and that you are the owner of the work or the person authorized by the owner of the work to act on his behalf.

 

1. Confidentiality and non-competition.

1. Services and registration

Access requires your registration as a user on the Site based on authentication data provided by the organizers following payment of the training fee and proof of payment.

The Services are available to anyone who is 18 years of age or older and has paid the applicable fee. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, that you are 18 years of age or older, and that you are competent and able to comply with this Agreement.

Registration requires the provision of complete and real data, necessary for the preparation of the Proforma Invoice, the Final Invoice and the opening of the training account. Providing incomplete or unreal data leads to the non-granting / suspension / cancellation by Finactiv.ro and oananastase.com of the right to use the Site and Services.

During the entire period of use of the account, you are solely responsible for the activities carried out under your account. It is strictly forbidden to disclose the account data – Username and Password – to a third party. Use of your account by a third party leads to the immediate closure of the account, without any compensation from Startup Mastery and you bear the legal consequences as a result of the violation of copyright and these terms and conditions.

The services, information and materials available on the Site as part of the Services, including, without limitation, the logo, documents, video, audio, applications, tests, articles, graphics, tools, any files, collectively called "Content", are the property of Finactiv.ro and oananastase.com and its collaborators and are protected by copyright.

If you fully comply with the Terms and Conditions and become a party to this Agreement, Finactiv.ro and oananastase.com grant you a revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive License to access the materials included in your access level and to print on paper the study materials, applications, and tools offered, solely for the purpose of personal and non-commercial training.

The use of the Services and Content is only in compliance with applicable laws and the terms/conditions mentioned in this Agreement. Except for situations in which you obtain the written consent of Finactiv.ro and oananastase.com, it is strictly prohibited:

1. a) publish, reproduce, reformulate, multiply, distribute to a third party the Content or parts of the Content;
2. b) use the Services and Content for purposes other than your personal training;
3. c) allow another person to use the services and Content by accessing your account.
4. d) disable the security measures that protect the Services/Content;
5. e) use the Services in a manner that threatens their integrity, performance or availability;
6. f) delete, remove or obscure any proprietary notices from any section of the Services and Content;

 

The services, information and materials available on the Site as part of the Services, including, without limitation, the logo, documents, video, audio, applications, tests, articles, graphics, tools, any files, collectively called "Content", are the property of Finactiv.ro and oananastase.com and its collaborators and are protected by copyright.

If you fully comply with the Terms and Conditions and become a party to this Agreement, Finactiv.ro and oananastase.com will grant you a revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive License to access the materials included in your access level and to print on paper the study materials, applications and tools offered, solely for the purpose of personal and non-commercial training.

11.Payment

Online training services can be accessed for a fee. Confirmation of payment leads to the opening of a training account and granting access to the respective Service.
Once payment is made and access is granted, the sale is considered complete.

12. Account duration/closure

Once created, the account remains valid for an indefinite period or until you decide to close it or, as the case may be, until a date on which Finactiv.ro and oananastase.com with prior notification by email, this service will be discontinued. Lifetime access is defined as: the entire lifetime of the customer or the entire lifetime of the services offered by Startup Mastery. Lifetime access automatically terminates when Startup Mastery no longer offers this service or the buyer is no longer alive.

The right to use the created account automatically terminates upon your violation of the provisions of this Agreement. In this case, you are solely responsible for all expenses related to the account even after its closure. Finactiv.ro and oananastase.com (Finactiv.ro and oananastase.com) is not responsible for any loss of data/information caused by the closure of your account.

13.Product delivery

The delivery of products and services, Finactiv.ro and oananastase.com.ro Programs and Products are delivered exclusively electronically. Any other products delivered on physical support are considered a gift and are not a mandatory part of the basic product.

14. Quality Guarantee and Money Back Guarantee.

Any customer can request a refund within 30 days, for any reason. After the 30-day period from purchase, the membership program can be canceled by canceling the account or by sending a message to the member support page. In this case, the money will not be refunded.

 

15. WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS

The Services and Content are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. You are solely responsible for any delay/loss due to accessing/using the Content/Services, including loss of Content due to file corruption, hardware problems, your inability to use the Content or for any type of incompatibilities. LINKS TO THIRD PARTIES The Services may contain links to sites controlled by third parties. You agree that Finactiv.ro and oananastase.com (Finactiv.ro and oananastase.com) is not responsible for the operation, availability and Content of such sites.

16. Agreement update

When it is necessary, Finactiv.ro and oananastase.com updates the terms of this Agreement and posts the updated version. It is your responsibility to review the Agreement and inform yourself about the changes. Your continued use of the Services signifies your agreement to the posted updates. The new version replaces the old one, and contains the entire Agreement between you and Finactiv.ro and oananastase.com  regarding the Services and Content.

1. General notifications

By using the Service, you consent to electronic communication with Finactiv.ro and oananastase.com regarding your account, Services and Content. You agree that any means of electronic communication used by Finactiv.ro and oananastase.com in relation to you meets legal requirements. Any disagreement regarding this Agreement shall be resolved amicably. If amicable resolution is not possible, recourse will be had to the means provided by law.

The abstention of Finactiv.ro and oananastase.com from acting in a special circumstance does not mean renouncing to act in similar situations.

18.Affiliation

The Affiliate Program, after its start, runs automatically and anyone can promote the Finactiv.ro and oananastase.com sites as long as they have a user account for the program. It is prohibited to promote Finactiv.ro and oananastase.com on sites with content considered immoral or illegal. The rules of the Affiliate Program subscribe to the General Terms and Conditions of use of the Finactiv.ro and oananastase.com sites. The value of the commission is that established in the Affiliate Agreement but may vary depending on the value of the program. The value of the commission for companies (in case a license package is purchased) will be the amount paid in the first month for the entire package. The value of the commission will be reimbursed via PayPal or other methods chosen by the Administrator and will be transferred at the agreed period, respecting the conditions of the Affiliate Agreement.
