J40/6998/2001, CUI RO14109424 (hereinafter referred to as “Society” or “operator" or "we") organizes offline and online courses/seminars (webinars), online educational and schooling programs, through the website www.finactiv.ro and www.oananastase.com as well as through various video conferencing applications and/or in specially designed classrooms.
For any processing carried out in whole or in part by automated means, as well as the processing by means other than automated means of personal data, which is part of a data recording system or which is intended to be part of a data recording system, we assure you that your data is:
- processed lawfully, fairly and transparently;
- collected for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes and not further processed in a manner incompatible with those purposes; further processing for archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific or historical research purposes or statistical purposes is not considered incompatible with the initial purposes;

- our website users finactiv.ro, www.oananastase.com clients (students) or potential clients who are members of our club, who have registered a user account on the website www.finactiv.ro and www.oananastase.com and who uses it for various services made available by the Company: use of the registration form ("Apply Online"); placing and/or canceling a course order; purchasing a course; withdrawing from the contract and receiving the value of the paid course; registering various requests by using one of the communication channels made available by the Company (e.g. Facebook and/or WhatsApp instant messaging, Contact Form); downloading the presentation brochure; subscribing to the newsletter;
- potential students or students participating in scholarship competitions organized and offered by the Company;
- potential partners or business partners of the Company, persons who have the status of employee, collaborator, representative or other potential partner, or direct or indirect shareholder or real beneficiary, of a potential client/customer, potential supplier/supplier or other potential partner/business partner of the Company.

- resolving requests from public authorities or to meet legal requirements (e.g. those specific to financial-accounting, tax or money laundering legislation);
- managing the business relationship between us and a potential client/customer, potential supplier/supplier or other potential partner/business partner, if you are an employee, representative or contact person of that client, supplier, business partner;
If we intend to further process your personal data for a purpose other than that for which they were collected, we will provide you, prior to such further processing, with information on the purpose of the processing and any relevant additional information requested by you.

- performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party (art. 6 (1) b) of the GDPR) for the purpose of managing the business relationship between the Operator and a potential client/customer, potential supplier/supplier or other potential partner/business partner, if you are an employee, representative or contact person of that client, supplier, business partner;

- ensuring security and guarding people – for a period of at least 20 days from the date of recording the video images (with/without sound) in the classrooms, according to legal provisions, except where the data is necessary to investigate an incident, in which case it is retained until the incident is resolved.
- WHERE DO WE TRANSMIT/TRANSFER YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Your personal data may also be processed by other operators, associated operators or authorized persons of the Operator, in strict compliance with the legislation on the protection of personal data:
- IT service providers, as well as all companies in these categories of recipients from whom the Operator will contract services and products and who have taken appropriate protective measures, in accordance with legal provisions, to ensure that they comply with their obligations regarding the protection of personal data. If the authorized persons subcontract part of the activities involving the processing of personal data, the subcontractors will be subject to the same obligations regarding the implementation of the security, technical and organizational measures provided for by the EU General Data Protection Regulation, as well as the internal regulatory acts approved in order to implement the EU General Data Protection Regulation;
- the contracting parties of the Operator, who have the quality of associated operator, for the performance of their outsourcing services;
- state authorities based on their powers provided for by applicable law;
- your personal information may be disclosed in connection with your social sharing activity, such as if you log in to your customer account from your social media account. By connecting your customer account and your social media account, you authorize us to share information with your social media provider and you understand that the use of the information we share will be governed by the social media site's privacy policy;
- we may share your information with our service providers who manage customer information and perform services on our behalf, such as running promotions, sending messages to customers, conducting surveys, targeting and retargeting, etc. We have not authorized any of these service providers to do any other operations with your information;
