She reminded us that stress is not always the problem itself &#8211; the real challenge is often how unaware we are of its impact on our body, mind, emotions, relationships, and daily decisions.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Awareness is the first step toward change.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When we begin to recognize stress patterns, understand our triggers, and consciously channel our energy, we can transform pressure into clarity, resilience, performance, and even fulfilment.
