The summer edition of the LeaderShe retreat hosted at Cabana dintre V\u0103i, part of Potcoava Mountain Hideaway, has ended.<\/p>\n
It was a total immersion in nature, a technological detox, a recalibration of the senses.<\/p>\n
The connection with self, nature, and the other participants was intense and memorable.<\/p>\n
The experience was so valuable that all participants asked us to resume the program in the same format and at the same location, on the first weekend of August 2024.<\/p>\n
They are all convinced that the new paradigms accessed in this retreat will produce qualitative changes in their lives.<\/p>\n
We evaluated our leadership attributes and the predominant energy we have: feminine or masculine.<\/p>\n
We rediscovered the aspects associated with female leadership, those necessary for the fluidity of our work or personal relationships.<\/p>\n
We listened to our thoughts, emotions, feelings, and body sensations, interpreted and integrated them.<\/p>\n
We opened our minds, hearts, and souls to ourselves but also to each other.<\/p>\n
The next edition will take place on the weekend of October 13-15 at the same location.<\/p>\n
