I experienced corporate management, then consulting for the World Bank. I was an entrepreneur and NGO leader. For 20 years since I have been working with people, my entire activity has been aimed at performance. My focus has always been towards innovation and achieving the highest level of professionalism. I started in academia, then I decided to focus on my own development and became an entrepreneur, so I developed, built and put into practice my own ideas, aspirations and dreams in the companies I founded. Passionate about growth and the sciences of education since 2015, I have gladly contributed to the promotion and development of the professional coaching profession in Romania and beyond.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n\n
