What life looks like when you align yourself internally<\/span><\/span><\/h4>
Before working with Oana, I didn't feel good about myself. I was very affected by any hostile reaction around me and I believed that everyone should be like me: empathetic, sentimental, sensitive, ambitious.
\r\nNow I can better deal with the reactions of colleagues, clients. I can say thank you much more easily, even to people I don't like. I learned to be more forward, to assume the role of representing the company, especially in turning points. I maintained relationships with trusted people, I learned to delegate more.

In the following tenders, we were invited to be direct partners and not through intermediaries, payments were made, we established strategic partnerships with the largest companies in the industry who now respect us and call us to join them in large-scale projects.
