CONFLICT<\/span>The road to alignment begins with conflict<\/span><\/span><\/h4>
In 2017, I was leading the organization with the largest sporting events in Romania, including the Bucharest Marathon, with over 25,000 runners from 75 countries. I had grown an NGO and a business that had, in the Romanian start-up and NGO economy, a fabulous turnover: 5 million euros (cash and in kind). I saw myself retiring from this structure that I had grown from 0 for 10 years.

\r\nBy 2018, I found myself in a hostile takeover from which I lost everything: my participation in the association, the work I loved, the public recognition of my contribution, social status, money, future pension, even self-confidence and health.

RESTART<\/span>How do you start over again?<\/span><\/span><\/h4>
I have made inner alignment and healing a mission.
\r\nNo hostile takeover or personal drama just happens. There are things out there, in the substratum, that we ignore. I ignored the tensions and conflicts in a partnership.
\r\n
\r\nI thought they would resolve themselves or that the common goal was more important than different opinions. Nothing resolves itself in relationships, especially the ones that are important to us. And no one from the outside cleans up your own backyard, you alone have to stop and bring light where the cold and darkness have settled.
\r\n
\r\nIn 2019 I took time to regroup. I did mentoring, coaching, Zen meditation, traveled to sacred places, and let the experience of loss settle into a new space.
\r\n
\r\nSo, from the silence that followed, I heard my inner why and decided to turn my lifelong passion for working with the self into a daily mission. I have facilitated, mentored, coached dozens, maybe hundreds, of people in personal transformation since the 2000s, but now it was time to take it to the next level, as my main occupation.
\r\n
\r\nSlowly, slowly, courageous, ambitious women, challenged by a new stage in their lives, came to me. They opened up their emotions and thoughts to me, listening to me, in a safe, revealing space.

LIFE<\/span>One pregnancy at 41. Then another at 50<\/span><\/span><\/h4>
If I had a guaranteed recipe for miracles, I would patent it. I don't. But I know that if you undertake a process of inner alignment and do logically, rationally but also emotionally, spiritually, what needs to be done, the results appear. And I can personally demonstrate this.
\r\n
\r\nSome are miraculous, like being pregnant again at 50 and giving birth to a second healthy boy \u2013 Alex, the brother of Luca, the eldest son, who is 9 years old.
\r\n
\r\nWe can't control miracles. But we can do the things that are within our control, such as becoming aware of our thoughts, emotions, beliefs, patterns, personality, values, and how they align or not with our needs and goals, clearing the clutter and residue from our mind and soul, identifying our purpose, defining our personal vision and mission in a conscious and congruent process. <\/div><\/header>

I have developed a method over decades of passionate work in one-on-one and team training and coaching. The vast majority have been incredible women who have sought my support and helped refine the tools and methods used.

\r\nWhen we enter your universe, we start from the rational, we understand our own story with its specific implications, we evaluate it, we rewrite it where necessary, and we always arrive at forgiveness, emotional healing, and the redefinition of the self in the present and its projection into the future.
\r\n
\r\nPersonal alignment counseling is a fabulous journey in itself. Together we look at your aspirational and actual values, which are imposed by the environment and which are important to you. We look at how you consume your time, energy, resources and what is actually truly important to you.
\r\n
\r\nThen we correlate them, of course, with your world of emotions, especially in conflict situations. If you are open, we work with aspects of your personality \u2013 we blur those that block and emphasize the useful ones, then with your emotional pattern, to become aware of your wounds, to heal them, to make peace. I help you reformat and reformulate your own language, your inner conversations and those with the important people in your life, to define your vision, mission, personal goals.
